RECOMMENDATIONS

All the stringent requirements as outlined by MINAE ( El Ministerio del Ambiante y Energia) have been met by the project to ensure that those individuals who apply for Resident Investor Status through the investment and who present the proper documentation will receive this status.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS 

 

  1. Arrange a visit to Costa Rica. Visit the plantation with us. Select the specific plots of land and trees that you want to own and have them registered in your name.
  2. Obtain your official receipt, Certificate of Investment, from the Company’s accounting firm indicating the specific lot(s) and the amount of your purchase(s).
  3. Meet with our lawyer and start your Immigration application. At this time you should present to the lawyer the authenticated copies of the additional paperwork required. (see Residency requirements)  plus the “certificate of Investment” from Hacienda Oro Verde’s accounting firm.
  4. The application is presented to Immigration by our lawyer.
  5. Within 5-7 working days you will receive a receipt from Immigration indicating that they have opened a file on your application.  This receipt will ensure that if there are to be any changes in future Immigration requirements those changes will not adversely effect your application. 
  6. With this receipt you have the legal right to live in Costa
